To comply with the building regulations, our windows are fitted with stainless steel hinges that will fully open as an emergency exit.

We can also supply and fit double hung fire escape where the overall window is too narrow.

For additional peace of mind we are able to fit child restrictions to side and top-hung openers when required.

All our windows are now fitted with multi-point locks and include key locking handles.

The handles are also supplied with keys, should you wish to dead-lock the openers when not in use.

All of our side and top-hung openers can be securely located in a vented position. If you require, we can also fit trickle ventilators for improved ventilation.
